1. Information We Collect

When you register and use the di2 platform, we collect several categories of information to ensure our services run smoothly and securely:

  • Account information: Your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and encrypted password as provided during registration.
  • Identity verification information: Documents such as a national ID or passport may be requested for verification purposes before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • Payment information: Transaction details in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), including the payment method used such as FPX or e-wallets. We do not store full card numbers directly — all processing is handled through secure payment providers.
  • Device and browser information: Device type, operating system, web browser, IP address, and language settings used when accessing di2.
  • Usage data: Activity records within the platform, including bets placed, games played, session duration, and navigation actions, for security and service improvement purposes.
  • Cookies and tracking data: Information collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies when you browse the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Di2 uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • Processing account registration, verifying identity, and enabling secure login;
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit and managing transaction history;
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and account abuse;
  • Providing customer support when users contact di2 via email or other channels;
  • Sending important account notifications such as transaction confirmations, security alerts, and policy updates;
  • Improving the user experience based on usage patterns and feedback;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and regulations.

Di2 does not use user information for third-party advertising purposes without explicit consent.

3. Cookies & Session Tracking

The di2 platform uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to enhance user experience and ensure the platform functions correctly. The cookies we use include:

  • Session cookies: Keeping you logged in during an active session and saving your language preference and display settings;
  • Security cookies: Detecting suspicious login activity and protecting your account from unauthorised access;
  • Performance cookies: Collecting anonymised data on how users interact with the platform for technical improvement purposes.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain functions within the di2 platform. Continued use of the platform after receiving a cookie notification is considered your consent to the use of those cookies.

4. Data Storage & Security

Di2 employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:

  • SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and di2's servers is encrypted using SSL technology to prevent interception by third parties;
  • Internal access controls: Only authorised personnel may access users' personal information, and such access is restricted according to job responsibilities;
  • Continuous monitoring: di2's systems are regularly monitored to detect any unusual activity or intrusion attempts;
  • Retention period: Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil service requirements and legal obligations. Once an account is closed and the mandatory retention period has lapsed, data will be securely deleted.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no security system is entirely foolproof. You are also responsible for keeping your own account password secure.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Di2 does not sell, rent, or distribute users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share information in the following limited situations:

  • Payment service providers: Transaction information is shared with the relevant payment processor (such as FPX or e-wallet providers) solely to facilitate financial transactions in RM;
  • Legal requirements: di2 may be required to disclose user information to the relevant authorities where mandated by law, court order, or regulatory directive;
  • Platform security: Information may be shared with parties involved in investigating fraud or platform abuse to protect other users.

All third-party providers working with di2 are required to maintain the confidentiality of information and use it only for the purposes specified in their agreement with us.

  • Right to Rectification: You may request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information in your di2 account;
