Di2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the di2 platform. By registering an account or using any services provided by di2, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the di2 platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the di2 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be prohibited by the laws of your place of residence from participating in online betting or casino activities;
- Agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines published by di2 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. di2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of di2's services, you will need to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account under the same individual may result in suspension or closure without notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
- Notify di2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Di2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You are required to provide valid verification documents upon request.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Di2 users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted on this platform comply with the laws applicable in their country or state of residence. di2 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
You agree to not do any of the following while using di2:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point while using the platform;
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat di2's betting, casino, or payment systems;
- Sharing or transferring your account to another individual;
- Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering;
- Disrupting or compromising the security, performance, or integrity of the di2 platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance and winnings without compensation, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the di2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. di2 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposit: Automatically processed within the stated timeframe according to your chosen method. di2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors;
- Withdrawal: Requires full identity verification. Withdrawals are processed within the stipulated business hours. di2 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review purposes;
- Bonus terms: All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the respective offer. Winnings derived from bonus balances may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met;
- Fee: di2 does not charge for standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees in accordance with their policies.
Di2 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, system abuse, or a breach of these terms.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Di2 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, di2 shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or use of the platform;
- Service disruptions, technical errors, or downtime beyond di2's reasonable control;
- Any loss of data or account information resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
- Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment processors or technical service providers.
Account Suspension and Closure
Di2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Breach of these terms and conditions;
- Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation;
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with di2's policy.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, di2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and winnings held in the account. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting di2 customer support.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the di2 platform are the exclusive property of di2 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent.
The di2 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. di2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to negotiation. di2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
